-Have self-control. Remember, once you cross the limit, your HCG intake is of no use. While in party with friends or in somewhere else, never get carried away.
-Avoid alcohols or all other intoxicants strictly during the intake period.
-Drink plenty of water and have adequate sleep. These two are very necessary during the HCG period.
-Take your dose regularly. Don’t take too much for rapid result and at the same time never miss a day.
HCG diet drops work in such a manner that the scope of failure is very low. The diet guidelines are not so tough that one may not follow. It resets the metabolic process. There’s little scope of regaining fats even after completion of the course.
